Exclude to Sharpen a Search

Half of good sourcing is what you remove. Crustdata's fuzzy negation and not_in let you drop people you cannot or should not contact (docs: excluding senior roles, competitor exclusion).

The workflow, step by step

   Exclude off-limits companiesUse not_in / the (!) operator on all_employers.name to drop people at clients or no-poach accounts.

   Drop wrong titles(!) on a title substring also removes its variants (VP also drops VP of Sales).

   Remove non-employeesFilter out investors and advisors so you only get real team members.
